Now Hiring: Client Success & Account Manager (Remote)
Part-Time or Full-Time | U.S. EST Hours Preferred | Music Industry Coaching Brand

Are you an organized, proactive, people-loving superstar who thrives on keeping projects moving and clients happy? We’re growing fast and looking for a Client Success & Account Manager to join our team and become the right-hand to our founder in making sure every new client has an amazing experience from the second they say “yes.”

Who We Are:
We’re The Artist Ashley — a company helping musicians turn their passion into profitable live gigs. Through our Fast-Track Performer program and other resources, we teach everyday musicians how to get booked consistently and build real income doing what they love. We’re fun, fast-moving, and obsessed with our clients’ success.

What You’ll Do:
As our Client Success & Account Manager, you’ll be the glue between our clients and our team. Your job is to make sure promises are kept, progress is happening, and everyone feels supported.

*Serve as the main point of contact for clients after they enroll in our Fast-Track Performer program

*Coordinate deliverables across our team (website development, branding, venue list curation, editing, etc.)

*Follow up with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure tasks are on track and deadlines are met

*Provide clients with regular updates, timelines, and encouragement/support

*Track client milestones in our CRM

*Assist with venue list research

*Identify and solve roadblocks before they become issues

*Support client retention and referrals by creating a seamless experience


What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communicator – both written and verbal (you’ll talk to musicians from all walks of life!)

*Highly organized – experience with Google Sheets, Go High Level, keeping notes, etc.

*Multi-tasking ninja – juggling multiple projects and conversations doesn’t stress you out

*Client-obsessed – you care deeply about people feeling supported, validated, and seeing solid results as a result of the program

*Proactive problem solver – you don’t wait to be told, you figure it out

*Availability for at least 20–30 hrs/week, with working hours in U.S. in EST hours

*Bonus: Music industry interest/experience or creative background is a plus!


Compensation:
Starting rate: TBD depending on experience

Room to grow into full-time salaried position as the business scales
