????? Podcast & Social Media Producer (Full-Time)

Location: Remote
Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week, AEST working hours)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a creative, highly organised, and technically skilled Podcast & Social Media Producer to take full ownership of our podcast and social media presence. This is a hands-on role that blends audio/video production, social media strategy, design, and community management.

???? Key Requirement
• You must be available to produce our podcast live every Wednesday morning from 6am–9am AEST.

???? What You’ll Do

Podcast Production
• Join and support live podcast recordings weekly (Wed 6–9am AEST)
• Edit audio and video: trim, balance sound, remove filler, clean up visuals
• Add intros/outros, transitions, music, lower thirds, and simple motion graphics
• Provide live feedback during recordings to help keep energy and flow on track
• Export and publish episodes to podcast platforms (Spotify, Apple, etc.)

Social Media Content Creation
• Repurpose podcast content into clips for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, and X
• Add subtitles, captions, and design elements that match platform trends
• Create visual assets like quote cards, audiograms, and video thumbnails
• Keep everything on-brand and engaging

Social Media & Community Management
• Manage our content calendar and posting schedule across all platforms
• Actively engage with comments, DMs, and community discussions
• Monitor performance and suggest creative ways to grow reach and engagement
• Stay up to date on trends across each platform and proactively pitch content ideas

? You’ll Need
• 2+ years experience producing podcasts and editing video/audio content
• Deep knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X — what works, what doesn’t, and how to tailor content
• Proficiency with editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Audition, or Descript
• Some design skills — enough to create polished, engaging visuals (Canva, Figma, or Adobe suite)
• Strong copywriting ability for captions, headlines, and social posts
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable with early morning live recording support (Wednesdays, 6–9am AEST)
