Web Admin / Support (Shopify/Ebay/Amazon Platform)

We are a dynamic e-commerce company seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Administrator/Support Specialist to manage and optimize our online stores across Shopify, eBay, and Amazon platforms. Our mission is to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers while maintaining a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Operations & Content Management

- List new products with detailed descriptions, specifications, and categories
- Update product prices, inventory levels, and promotional offers
- Import and manage product data feeds (e.g. via CSV files)
- Modify and upload product images to match branding standards
- Design and publish promotional banners and homepage content

• Technical & App Support

- Perform routine Shopify admin tasks and basic site maintenance
- Configure and troubleshoot third-party Shopify/eBay/Amazon apps
- Identify and resolve website technical issues or escalate when necessary

•Customer & Admin Support

- Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide basic product guidance, including how to set up and troubleshoot printers and scanners
- Prepare and send custom quotes for business clients
- Support sales processes, including authorized reseller requests and technical documentation

Other Duties:

• This role may also include ad-hoc tasks related to eCommerce operations or internal office needs, not limited to the above responsibilities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with Shopify platform or similar eCommerce CMS
• Ability to use image editing tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop)
• Good data handling and Excel/CSV skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Basic technical knowledge of printers/scanners (setup, usage, troubleshooting) is a plus
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is advantageous but not essential
