Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and chat in a professional and friendly manner.

Provide guidance on submissions, paid features, VIP options, and magazine purchases.

Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating our platforms.

Address concerns and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Keep records of customer interactions and feedback to help improve services.

Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure smooth communication between contributors and the magazine.

Inform clients about promotions, discounts, and special offers to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion, media, or publishing industry.
