We’re looking for a proactive and organized Remote Customer Support & Operations Assistant to join our team and ensure our clients and operations run smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with post-service queries or issues and support them during the booking process, including payment troubleshooting.
Source and purchase car parts from various suppliers to keep our technicians equipped.
Manage bookings, ensuring all appointments are scheduled efficiently.
Assign technicians to jobs based on availability and location.
Monitor all bookings to confirm they’re progressing as planned.
Track payment statuses for bookings, following up as needed to ensure timely completion.


Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – you’ll be juggling multiple tasks daily.
Excellent communication skills to assist clients and coordinate with technicians remotely.
Experience in customer support, operations, or a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
Comfortable sourcing parts and negotiating with suppliers (automotive knowledge is a bonus).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup.
Proficiency with tools like spreadsheets, booking systems, or CRM software (training provided if needed).

Ability to work UK hours 07AM-7PM 12hour EOWEO shift. 14 day cycle (7days ON, 7days OFF)
Mon-Tue ON, Wed-Thu OFF, Fri-Sat-Sun ON, Mon-Tue OFF, Wed-Thu ON, Fri-Sat-Sun OFF
