About the Role:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Acquisition Manager specializing in real estate deals. Initially, this will be a part-time role requiring 5-6 hours per day, 4-5 days per week. High-performing candidates will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize KingDataAI and Zendesk to manage leads, streamline customer communication, and maintain records.
Build, implement, and optimize AI systems specifically tailored for real estate acquisitions.
Evaluate property values, estimate repair costs, and calculate ARVs (After Repair Values).
Engage directly with sellers to negotiate deals, close agreements, and manage follow-ups effectively.
Represent our company professionally, ethically, and efficiently in all communications and negotiations.
Required Qualifications:
At least 2 years of sales, real estate, or deal-making experience.
Proficiency with AI tools, specifically KingDataAI and customer support tools such as Zendesk.
Proven track record or clear potential in sales, negotiation, and effective communication.
Familiarity with CRM systems, real estate software/apps, and contract management tools (additional training will be provided as needed).
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple negotiations simultaneously and respond quickly to leads.
