Community & Customer Support

We're looking for an all-in-one communicator to support our users and grow our community. You’ll handle live chat, email support, and community engagement... answering questions, solving problems, and turning feedback into insights.

You’re confident using AI to work smarter, comfortable recording videos or jumping on live streams, and skilled at writing clear, helpful articles and documentation. You’ll help make every user feel heard, supported, and part of something bigger.

- AI is a big part of this, have you setup any AI bots before?
- Bonus if you record a quick few seconds video to intro yourself.
- The salary is negotiable based on your experience and the value you can bring for sure! So it is not fixed.
