Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze ROAS, Customer Acquisition Costs, and conversion rates across different audience segments
- Recommend optimal budget allocations between audiences based on performance data
- Identify testing opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Use Google Sheets and Looker Studio to track performance trends and compare results
- Create weekly executive summaries with brief insights and recommendations
- Evaluate which demographic segments, age groups, and placements yield the best conversion rates
- Provide concise summaries with actionable budget adjustment recommendations
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Google Sheets experience for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
- Experience with Looker Studio for data visualization and trend analysis
- Experience analyzing Meta Ads and Google Ads performance data, specifically ROAS and conversion rates
- Background in e-commerce and DTC marketing
- Ability to make data-driven budget allocation recommendations
- Experience identifying testing opportunities based on performance patterns
- Ability to translate performance data into actionable budget adjustments
