What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Running and optimizing Facebook ad campaigns that generate real leads
Cleaning up and managing all our online presence (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ensuring our brand is consistent, professional, and powerful across all platforms
Tracking performance and offering suggestions to improve results
Designing or coordinating content (basic Canva is a plus)
Becoming a key part of our brand reputation and lead generation machine

What We’re Looking For:
Experience running Facebook ads with strong results
Understanding of branding and online reputation management
Sharp eye for details and a hunger to win
Self-starter with strong communication skills
Comfortable working with a fast-moving, ambitious team
Bonus: Experience in real estate marketing or lead generation

Compensation:
Bonuses for hitting growth or brand presence milestones
13th month pay
