The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who excels at following instructions and can manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. This role focuses on account management and basic media buying tasks.
What sets this role apart: We're not looking for results - we're looking for someone who can listen carefully and follow our SOPs precisely. Your ability to understand instructions and execute them correctly is more valuable to us than experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow established account management SOPs with precision
- Handle client communications professionally
- Support media buying activities according to our guidelines
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Execute assigned tasks exactly as instructed
- Provide regular updates on task progress

Requirements
- Strong listening skills and attention to detail
- Excellent comprehension of written and verbal instructions
- Basic understanding of account management
- Familiarity with media buying (training provided)
- Ability to juggle multiple client accounts
- Professional communication skills
- Self-motivated with good time management
- Available daily by 10 AM (GMT+8) until deliverables are completed
