Lead Generation Specialist – Help Build the Engine That Drives Sales (No Cold Calls)
Part-Time · Remote · 20 hours/week

We’re a growing U.S.-based logistics startup looking for a detail-oriented, research-driven Lead Generation Specialist. You won’t be making calls or pitching anyone — instead, you’ll build and manage the database that fuels our cold callers and closers.

If you love clean spreadsheets, structured data, and working independently, this might be your lane.

What You’ll Be Doing

Research & List Building: Find U.S.-based trucking companies and carriers using a provided lead source website and selection criteria.

CRM Management: Input and organize your findings inside our lead tracking system (Upgrade to see actual info CRM). (No experience with Upgrade to see actual info? No problem — we train you.)

Data Accuracy: Double-check entries, flag incomplete data, and make sure our Sales Rep has clean, usable info every day.

Reporting: Track daily and weekly progress using our internal format.

Improve the System: Suggest ways to optimize how we research, filter, and store lead data.



???? Who You Are

You’re comfortable working in spreadsheets and CRM tools — we use Upgrade to see actual info CRM, but experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or Google Sheets is a plus.

You know how to leverage other tools (like Excel or Google Sheets) to clean, sort, and structure data before adding it into the CRM — clean data means better results.

You’re curious — you enjoy finding patterns and digging into details.

You’re organized — data entry is your strength, not your weakness.

You’re tech-savvy — if you don’t know a system, you can learn it fast.

You want a stable role that rewards consistency, focus, and accuracy.
