Social Media Manager

If you are then we are looking for you! We’re looking for a social media manager to manage our social media accounts and the job responsibilities are as follows:

1. Content Creation (3 posts and 2 videos per week)
• Planning and developing content: You are responsible for creating content posts and videos per week to ensure that content aligns with the brand's voice and goals. This includes creating posts, images, videos, infographics, etc.
• Writing captions: Crafting compelling and engaging text for posts, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
2. Strategy Development
• Creating social media strategies: Developing and implementing a strategy to achieve the brand’s goals, like increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, or boosting sales.
• Identifying trends and opportunities: Staying current with social media trends to implement creative campaigns or capitalize on popular topics.
3. Analytics and Reporting
• Tracking performance: Using social media analytics tools to measure the success of posts, campaigns, and engagement.
• Adjusting strategies: Based on the data, a social media manager will adjust the approach to optimize results (e.g., better timing, different content formats, etc.)
