We’re looking for a world-class, detail-obsessed Mobile UI/UX Designer to help revamp and elevate our personal development & motivational audio / video app.

What We’re Looking For:
- Professional UI / UX designer
- Mobile-first UI/UX focus (iOS & Android)
- Someone with vision, initiative & strong design eye
- Confident analyzing competitors & improving UX
- Clear communicator, owns projects from start to finish

Responsibilities:
- Refresh app branding (iconography, typography, layout, etc.)
- Redesign key app screens (engagement, retention, conversion focus)
- Provide Figma (or similar) files, dev-ready
- Conduct a UX audit & give design recommendations
- Collaborate with dev team to ensure smooth handoff & feasibility
- Support ongoing updates & new feature releases

What We Need From You:
- Strong portfolio of top-tier mobile UI/UX work
- Proven end-to-end app design experience
- Knowledge of Apple & Google design standards
- Quick with iterations, open to feedback
