Working Hours: 8 AM – 5 PM (Philippine Time), Monday-Friday

Job Summary:
Skill Bridge is hiring a Technical Support Specialist II – Offshore for one of our trusted clients. This role involves executing project-based work for customers, ensuring smooth implementation and operational efficiency. The Specialist will work closely with Project Specialists to support customer retention and optimize processes. In addition to project execution, this role includes assisting with training, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to workflow improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
-Provide direct support to Project Specialists throughout project engagements.
-Facilitate the integration of key data feeds between third-party vendors and internal systems when required.
-Complete project tasks within agreed timelines, including:
-Chart of Accounts Mapping (transitioning from old to new structures).
-Development and maintenance of end-user documentation.
-Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
-Maintain a solid understanding of data migration processes and industry best practices.
-Stay informed about system updates and adjust workflows accordingly.
-Identify, troubleshoot, and document system bugs, providing detailed reproduction steps to the support team.
-Submit enhancement requests and contribute to discussions on product improvements.
-Propose and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
-Ensure a high level of problem-solving, self-direction, and attention to detail to meet customer expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications:
-Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, MIS, or Computer Science.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects at varying stages of completion.
-Capable of working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
-Adaptability to evolving business needs and workflows.
-Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
-Experience in technical support, project-based roles, or client-facing positions is an advantage.
-Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
