JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and closing sales to drive company revenue. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.

Sales Calls & Presentations: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, present product/service solutions, and handle objections effectively.

Closing Deals: Convert leads into customers by negotiating terms and securing contracts.

Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.

CRM Management: Update and manage customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.

Sales Targets & KPIs: Meet or exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.

Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. (go high level)

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

A proactive and self-driven attitude.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
