JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a sharp, driven individual to join our growing team as a Social Media & Inside Sales Coordinator. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who’s confident on the phone, enjoys building connections, and has a creative side when it comes to social media.

What you'll do:

Make daily outbound calls to warm and cold leads, setting appointments and following up with potential clients.
Track lead engagement and help improve follow-up systems.
Manage and coordinate content posting across platforms like Instagram, Facebook etc.
Collaborate with our agents and team leaders to create engaging, on-brand social media content (video & graphic support available).
Create feature sheets, just listed, open house posts for social media
Assist with writing up listing descriptions with the agents
Create weekly listing activity reports using social media stats for our clients
Respond to social media messages and comments, engage with other local teams and agents, and consistently like and comment on others' posts.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communication and people skills — phone confidence is a must.
Familiarity with social media trends and basic scheduling tools.
Organized, self-motivated, and coachable.
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
