Customer Service

We are looking for a customer service representative who is friendly, reliable, and professional. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer emails in a friendly and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

Check and respond to emails twice a day

First shift: 09:00 - 10:00 CET

Second shift: 15:00 - 16:00 CET

Assist customers with questions regarding orders, returns, and general support

Use Hubstaff to clock in and out

What We Expect from You

Ability to write friendly, sympathetic, and helpful emails

Ability to use ChatGPT to translate and respond to emails in Norwegian

Reliability and availability to work at the scheduled times

Willingness to complete a one-week trial period
