Base pay: $6.00 per hour to start

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Time (flexible as needed to cover inbound/outbound calls)
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Agent to handle both inbound and outbound sales calls. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients, convert leads into appointments, and support our overall sales goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, basic sales experience, and be proficient in using CRM systems and other online programs. This position is remote-based and requires a reliable computer with high-speed internet capable of supporting VoIP calls.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Sales:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Qualify leads and provide necessary information about our products and services.
Outbound Sales:
Initiate calls to potential clients using provided lead lists.
Identify prospects, convert them into qualified leads, and set appointments for the sales team.
Sales Conversion:
Follow a structured sales process to overcome objections and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions using our CRM.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and follow up on leads.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, appointments set, and overall performance.
Continuous Improvement:
Participate in training sessions and tea
Utilize feedback and CRM data to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Sales experience preferred.
Prior experience in a call center or sales role is a plus.
Technical Requirements:
Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP calls.
Proficiency with CRMs (Customer Relationship Management software) and familiarity with online sales tools.

Availability:
