Webflow Designer

Role Overview:
As a Webflow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing websites using Webflow. You will work closely with our design, marketing, and AI teams to create interactive, responsive, and high-converting web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage websites using Webflow, ensuring seamless functionality and a modern aesthetic.

Customize Webflow components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility for maximum reach and efficiency.

Integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance website functionality.

Collaborate with designers to translate Figma or other design files into fully functional Webflow pages.

Ensure responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for all web pages.

Implement CMS-driven content and develop dynamic website features.

Monitor, maintain, and update websites as needed to align with evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
Proven experience building and managing websites in Webflow.

Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Experience with CMS-driven design and Webflow’s dynamic content capabilities.

Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.

Ability to integrate third-party APIs and automation tools with Webflow.

Strong eye for design and ability to execute pixel-perfect implementations.

Experience with UI/UX best practices to enhance website usability.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with low-code/no-code automation tools.

Familiarity with Zapier, Make, N8N, or other automation tools.

Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.

Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and analytics tracking.
