Cold Caller - Perfect English/No Accent - EST Timezone

Hey there!

We’re looking for a confident, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to help us connect with potential clients through cold calling during EST (GMT-4) hours. If you have a clear, professional voice (with no accent), solid communication skills, and enjoy starting conversations, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Calling potential clients in the Collections industry, introducing our services, and sparking interest.

- Setting up meetings with decision-makers—no hard selling, just getting them on a call with us.

- Keeping track of calls, responses, and follow-ups in our ZoHo CRM.

- Learning what works, tweaking the approach, and helping improve our outreach.

What You Need:

- Perfect English with no accent – Clear, professional, and easy to understand.

- Reliable WiFi & a quiet workspace – No background noise or connection issues.

- Confident & proactive – You don’t mind hearing “no” and can keep conversations flowing.

- Organized & detail-oriented – You can track conversations and follow up effectively.

- Phone call interviews are required for this role.

- Optional but helpful - recommendations on software to use for cold calling,

This is a part-time 4 hours a day role (potential for full-time 8 hours), also with performance-based bonuses for great results. If you love talking to people and making connections, we’d love to hear from you!
