JOB OVERVIEW

Hi there! I'm Daniel, a professional magician, mentalist, and keynote speaker. I perform at live events and corporate engagements, deliver motivational keynote presentations, and provide high-quality entertainment experiences. My business is growing quickly, and I'm looking to hire a dedicated full-time Virtual Executive Assistant who wants to grow with me long-term.

This position is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at communicating clearly in English.

Required Skills & Experience:
-Excellent verbal and written English language skills (copywriting for emails, proposals, social media posts)
-Customer service experience (friendly, professional, responsive)
-Outstanding organization and scheduling abilities (calendars, CRM, appointments)
-Availability to work business hours (~9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time)


Bonus Points If You Have:
-CRM experience (e.g., 17 Hats, Zoho, Speakerflow, or equivalent)
-Social media management experience (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
-Experience with email outreach tools (e.g., MailShake or equivalent)
-Experience with basic website updates (WordPress or Elementor)
-Background or interest in business management, entrepreneurship, or marketing

Your Key Responsibilities:
-Corresponding professionally with current and potential clients on my behalf
-Scheduling client meetings, sales calls, keynote speaking engagements, and follow-up calls
-Managing my daily calendar to ensure productivity. 
-Summarizing client interactions and sending professional proposals using provided templates and provided training
-Managing follow-ups with potential clients and leads
-Tracking client progress, payments, and details in CRM and internal spreadsheets
-Creating and sending invoices, contracts, and client documents
-Assisting with social media posting and basic content creation
-Basic website updates and uploading blog posts or newsletters
