Hiring Weekend Sales Setter (Remote) | Music Background a HUGE Plus!
100+ Warm Inbound Leads Per Day – We Need a Dedicated Setter to Book Calls!

We are looking for a high-energy, weekend-only Sales Setter to help qualify and book appointments with musicians who want to start getting paid to perform live. If you have sales experience and a passion for music (gigging experience a plus), this is the perfect role for you!

About Us
We help musicians turn their passion into a profitable gigging career with our Fast-Track Performer Program. Our clients are singers and musicians looking to break into their local music scene—playing bars, restaurants, weddings, and corporate events.

Our coaching program provides everything they need to start booking gigs—including setlists, website and promo materials, venue outreach, pricing strategies, and expert mentorship from successful gigging musicians (our team of coaches).

We currently get ~100+ inbound leads per day from musicians who are already interested in working with us. Your job is to reach out, get them to jump on a call with you, qualify them, and book them for a sales call with our sales closers.

Weekend Role Details
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays

Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST (12-hour shifts, breaks included)

Position Type: Remote, part-time (24 hours/week)

Timezone: You must be comfortable working U.S. Eastern hours (overnight PH time)

Job Responsibilities
*Qualify leads via text, email, and phone to see if they’re a fit for our program

*Follow up with potential clients who expressed interest but haven’t booked yet

*Ask key discovery questions (Do they sing/play? Are they ready to start gigging? Etc.)

*Book calls on our calendar for qualified leads to speak with our closers

*Handle light objections and keep leads excited to show up


Compensation
Base Pay: Negotiable based on experience

Commission: 3-5% on every deal closed from your leads

Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for hitting or exceeding goals

Who We're Looking For
*Fluent in English – both spoken & written. Clear, confident, and persuasive communication is a must.

*1+ year experience in sales, appointment setting, or outbound/inbound customer service

*Music background is a huge plus (gigging, singing, playing, teaching, etc.)

*Comfortable working overnight PH hours (U.S. EST weekend shifts)

*Tech-savvy – familiar with CRMs, GHL, Kajabi, Google Sheets

*Independent and driven – able to manage your day and follow up persistently

*Resilient – you don’t get discouraged easily and you know how to stay upbeat

You’re looking to “coast” or don’t want to talk to 50+ leads a day

You get discouraged easily by slow days or leads who ghost

You’re uncomfortable selling or talking to new people daily
