Job Description:
Arena Fitness, a gym with 60 members, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced GyUpgrade to see actual infombership Sales Associate to drive membership sales and build strong relationships with warm leads. This is a full-time, remote position for someone passionate about fitness and sales, with opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales & Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential customers, nurture warm leads, and close membership sales.
- Client Engagement: Connect with new and existing members to understand their fitness needs and offer tailored membership solutions..
- Customer Support: Maintain strong relationships with clients, address concerns, and enhance the member experience.
- Reporting & Targets: Track performance metrics, sales conversions, and prepare weekly reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the gym's management and training team to create a seamless onboarding experience for new members.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or service industry.
- Strong communication & persuasion skills (verbal & written).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven (works well independently).
- Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is a plus.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
Proven track record for gym or gym related sales is supplements nutrition

- Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Flexible shifts
- Salary : 60000 PHP/month = 25,000/month + commission.
