Photo Manipulator/Retoucher

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Photo Manipulator/Retoucher. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!


Salary Range: PHP 45,000-55,000 per month

Core Tasks:
Help with the post-production process
Light retouching, cropping photos for the web, and color-correcting
Assist with a high quantity of assets weekly for an apparel brand
Work with imagery ranging from product flats to studio imagery, both on and off models, and lifestyle images
Provide edits and iterations at speed with an eye for detail and consistency
Adhere to brand style guidelines, providing consistent edits for web and marketing materials
Ensure color corrections look natural (not overdone)
Crop images consistently across all imagery (most important)
Collaborate on visual assets for ad sets, social media, email campaigns, display ads, landing pages, and more
Edit and enhance existing creative assets, including cropping, resizing, text overlays, and optimizing for different platforms
Collaborate with internal teams to produce visually appealing and brand-consistent designs

Must Have:
3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing modern, minimalist, and professional work
Experience in photo retouching per brand style guidelines, experience with color correcting
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong understanding of color theory and branding principles
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand consistency
Experience with Asana or similar and Dropbox, and Slack
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work PST 8 am - 5 pm

Nice to Have:
Experience with apparel is ideal, or e-commerce product brand
