JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist with deep knowledge of Go High Level to help update and scale our digital infrastructure. In the early stages of this role, your time will be heavily focused on developing systems, SOPs, and marketing funnels, ensuring everything is connected, optimized, and ready to perform. Once those systems are in place, your responsibilities will shift into a more consistent rhythm of content creation and multi-platform social media management. As the initial project stabilizes, you’ll then apply the same process to a second business—starting fresh with GHL sub-account setup, funnel building, automations, and eventually ongoing content marketing. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in both the strategic setup phase and the long-term execution phase of digital marketing.

The first project is a flying trapeze and circus arts school (Upgrade to see actual info) and is already established and just needs optimization and adjustments. The second project will either be another flying trapeze program or an organic farm project.

You’ll be given a clear content and marketing plan to follow, and while this is primarily a digital marketing and systems role, occasional light virtual assistant-style tasks may be requested. However, this is not an admin-heavy position; your skills will be used where they make the greatest impact—on marketing, automation, and audience engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Go High Level platform management: Full use of features including funnel building, automations, chatbots, integrations, settings, and CRM functionality.

Funnel creation & updates: Collaborate on reviewing and building lead generation funnels aligned with business goals.

Social media management: Create and schedule content using Go High Level’s Social Planner (or similar tools) across all key platforms:

Content creation: Generate, edit, and post content based on a provided strategy, with support from AI tools like ChatGPT where appropriate.


Email
& SMS campaign support: Assist in setting up and maintaining follow-up sequences tied to marketing funnels
Updating website and facebook page look and functionality where needed.

Ongoing platform optimization: Support a streamlined user experience through systems integration and automation.


REQUIREMENTS:

Hands-on, advanced experience with Go High Level beyond basic funnel building.

Strong command of written and spoken English—you’ll be responsible for crafting and refining public-facing content.

Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar for content creation and idea generation.

Experience creating and managing content across all major social platforms every day: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Hours of your choosing in your time zone (no later than 7am start in the Philippines), as long as they are the same throughout the week and there’s at least one hour of overlap with New York (Eastern Time) for check-ins when/if needed. If you would like to work nights in your time zone, we can discuss it.

Days off will be either Saturday & Sunday or Sunday & Monday—pending the hours we agree on.

Familiarity with Upgrade to see actual info (our reservation software) and Upgrade to see actual info is a plus and can be helpful for system integrations, but not a requirement.

Compensation & Start Date
Please include your desired weekly salary for a 40-hour workweek in your application.

Ideal start date: Early April. Initial priorities will include funnel setup and system alignment, followed by steady implementation of the marketing strategy.
