Virtual Launch Assistant (Career Product MVP)

Job Description:
We are launching a high-velocity digital product in the career acceleration space and looking for a resourceful, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to execute and validate our MVP (Minimum Viable Product) with speed and precision.
Role Type:
• Project-based (2–3 weeks), with potential to extend into a long-term role based on performance.
You’ll work directly with the founder to execute a structured go-to-market test from setup to fulfillment.

Responsibilities (You should be strong in at least 1–3 of these areas):
1. Market Research & Persona Mapping
• Research online communities (Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Upgrade to see actual info) to identify career pain points.
• Identify high-intent niche job seekers and summarize their frustrations.
• Organize insights clearly and actionably.
2. Landing Page & Funnel Setup
• Build/edit landing pages using Carrd or similar no-code tools.
• Create and connect forms (Typeform/Tally).
• Set up checkout via Gumroad or Stripe.
• Ensure smooth user flow from click to payment, onboarding, and delivery.
3. Outreach & Promotion Execution
• Identify and DM niche job seekers on Reddit, TikTok, Upgrade to see actual info, or LinkedIn.
• Post authentic content in forums/subreddits (no spam).
• Comment strategically on high-engagement posts.
• Track leads, engagement, and conversions.
4. Fulfillment Coordination
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT) and provided templates to generate customized output.
• Organize deliverables in Notion or Google Drive.
• Check deliverables for grammar, clarity, and formatting.
• Maintain internal logs of delivery turnaround and satisfaction.
5. Test Tracking & Reporting
• Log key MVP metrics (views, clicks, purchases, bounce rates, opt-ins, feedback).
• Summarize customer feedback into insightful reports.
• Recommend adjustments based on user behavior and data.

• Excellent written English with clear, concise communication.
• Experience with funnels, landing pages, or audience outreach.
• Comfortable using AI tools, templates, and prompt frameworks.
• Proactive problem-solver who owns results, not just tasks.
Bonus if You Have:
• Content creation or TikTok video editing skills.
• Copywriting background (headlines, CTAs, landing page copy).
• Experience in career, job-hunting, or coaching niches.

Commitment:
• Project-based: approximately 20–30 hours/week for 2–3 weeks.
