Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation for Staffing Agency (Hotels, Warehouses, Factories)

Job Overview:
We are a fast-growing staffing agency based in Atlanta, Georgia (USA). We specialize in providing reliable general labor and hospitality staff to hotels, warehouses, factories, and more. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help us connect with businesses that need staffing support.

Responsibilities:
Research hotels, warehouses, and factories in the Atlanta, Georgia area (initial focus)
Identify decision-makers (HR Managers, General Managers, Hiring Directors)
Build organized spreadsheets with business and contact info
Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages (scripts provided)
Track and update lead activity in our CRM
Schedule appointments for the company owner
Provide weekly reports and lead summaries

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B sales outreach
Strong written and verbal English communication
Must be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours
Skilled with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, LinkedIn, email platforms
Put "triangle" in the subject line
High attention to detail, reliable, and proactive
Fast and stable internet connection
