Your Role:
- Answer incoming calls: Talk to people who are interested in our products/services and help them make a purchase.
- Make outbound calls and send emails: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our offerings and generate sales.
- Meet and exceed daily sales targets: Work towards achieving specific sales goals and contribute to the team's success.

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent English communication skills: You should be comfortable speaking and writing clearly and professionally.
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills: You should be able to build rapport with customers and effectively communicate the value of our products/services.
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset: You should be driven to achieve sales targets and have a strong work ethic.
- Availability during CST business hours (8 AM - 5 PM): You must be able to work within the specified time zone.
- Reliable internet connection and power supply: You'll need a stable work environment to perform your duties effectively.
- Previous sales or customer service experience (preferred): While not required, prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
