As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented **Accounting Clerk** to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Job Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and manage general ledger entries
- Assist in payroll processing and financial reporting
- Maintain financial records in **QuickBooks Desktop** and **QuickBooks Online**
- Utilize **Procore** and **Level set** for construction project financial management
- Collaborate with project managers and vendors to ensure accurate billing and payments
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Perform administrative tasks related to accounting as needed

Requirements
? **3+ years of accounting experience**
? **1+ year of experience working for a U.S. General Contractor**
? Proficiency in **QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, Microsoft 365, Procore, and Level set**
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
