Poplin is expanding, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing team of 35+ vibrant professionals who love what they do!

???? Available Positions:
? Full-Time Customer Support Agents (12 positions) – 8 hours/day, 5 days/week
? Part-Time Customer Support Agents (5 positions) – 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (with potential to transition to full-time!)

???? What We’re Looking For:
? Fluent in both written and verbal English
? At least 3 years of experience in customer support (Freshers with great communication skills & eagerness to learn are welcome!)
? Ability to handle customer inquiries via email, alerts, live chat, and phone
? A proactive and problem-solving mindset
? Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
