Paralegal Assistant

Job Description:
We are looking for a persistent, focused and motivated Paralegal Assistant to join our
team at a California Personal Injury Law Firm. As part of our paralegal team, your
primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between our lawyers and staff
and insurance adjusters and lawyers on the opposing side.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to insurance companies and adjusters.
Engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.
Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
