Shopify QA Specialist

Join us as a Shopify Quality Assurance Coordinator!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Shopify Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and functionality of our e-commerce website. You will conduct manual testing across desktop and mobile platforms, identifying bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns before and after product releases. Working closely with the Product Team, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining a seamless and high-performing user experience.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for individuals with a passion for quality assurance and e-commerce. Prior development or engineering experience is not required, but a basic understanding of QA concepts and website testing is preferred.

PHP 60,000 - 70,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:

?Conduct manual testing on the Shopify e-commerce website for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Test website functionality across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and performance concerns.
Work closely with the Product Team to communicate findings and ensure quick resolutions.
Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes.
Provide feedback on user experience and website performance.
Assist with ad-hoc website admin/content updates as needed.
Must-Have Skills:

Basic knowledge of website QA testing (manual testing preferred).
Familiarity with testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues in functionality, design, and usability.
Excellent communication skills to document and report bugs clearly.
Basic understanding of e-commerce websites and user experience principles.
Ability to follow test plans and guidelines effectively.
Experience with Shopify.
Ability to work EST hours.
Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with BrowserStack or similar testing tools.
Familiarity with testing across different browsers and screen sizes.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website structure (not required but beneficial).
