Job Description:
As a full-time Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at The Fulfillment Lab, you will assist customers via
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Provide accurate information about order status, shipment tracking, and fulfillment timelines
Assist customers with tracking their shipments and resolving any issues related to delivery
Help customers with order discrepancies or changes, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and shipment details
Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth and timely order processing
Stay up-to-date with fulfillment processes to provide informed and accurate responses
Qualifications:
Excellent written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to work well independently and as part of a remote team
Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar software)
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup
