Location: Remote (Philippines)
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST (Overnight PH Time)

Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This individual will support our marketing initiatives by managing digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and content distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish content across social media using scheduling platform (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube).
• Assist in graphic request submissions for social and email content
• Monitor engagement and report on key performance metrics.
• Assist in creating and repurposing content for social media and email campaigns.


Email
Marketing & Campaign Support
• Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences.
• Manage contact lists, segment audiences, and track campaign performance.

Website & SEO Support
• Assist in updating website content, blogs, and landing pages using WordPress.
• Optimize content for SEO and track performance metrics.

Event & Webinar Marketing
• Support the promotion of firm-hosted webinars, conferences, and networking events.
• Manage registration pages and assist with webinar-related email campaigns.
• Assist in post-webinar processes

Analytics & Reporting
• Track and report on digital marketing performance, including social media engagement, website traffic, and email marketing metrics.
• Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements

Other Tasks as Needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Strong proficiency in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Zoom, etc..)
• Strong understanding of SEO, social media strategy, and email marketing best practices.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Comfortable working an overnight shift (PH time) to align with U.S. business hours.
• Possess a can-do attitude with an eagerness to contribute ideas and execute team initiatives
