Launch control texter with land comping skills

We are looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to comp vacant land and make text offers to leads in Launch Control. Experience comping land and texting in Launch Control is a must.
Our business primarily buys and sells vacant land in the US.
Primarily you will be: reviewing lead responses, communicating with leads, comping land and sending offers via text. When the seller agrees to texted offers our acquisitions manager handles closing the deal on the phone.
Building rapport by text and qualifying leads is important.
Also you will manage and update CRM entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on leads and client interactions.
And you will respond to seller inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with sellers as needed.

Requirements:
Experience with SMS texting and Launch Control.
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Consistent and reliable internet connection.
Has a reliable computer with Google Chrome.
Attention to detail.
Organizational skills and time management.
The desire to learn, grow, and build a team.

Hours:
Full-Time - 9am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Eastern Standard Time)

Pay:
$5/hour, with a commission incentive for any deals contracted by the team.
