We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our commercial real estate appraisal business. This role starts at 15–20 hours per week, with room to grow over time. You’ll play an important part in organizing files, formatting reports, conducting research, and building out systems that help our small team work efficiently.

Hours & Schedule
• 15–20 hours per week
• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours during the initial training period
• Flexible scheduling allowed after training, if performance is consistent

Responsibilities
Initial Tasks:
• Format appraisal reports from Microsoft Word to Google Docs
• Verify and adjust Excel formulas when moving files to Google Sheets
• Convert Excel databases to Google Sheets
Ongoing Support:
• Track appraisal bids and engagements
• Create and manage invoices
• Research sales and rental comparables
• Contact municipal offices for documents (deeds, land records, tax bills)
• Assist with final stages of appraisal reports (photo input, narrative edits, find-and-replace formatting)
Evergreen & Research Tasks:
• Lead generation: build contact lists of CPAs, attorneys, and wealth managers by town
• Self-storage market research (semi-annual updates by county: rental rates, occupancy, new permits/completions)
• County-based research on major property owners (starting with Washington County)
• Maintain sales photo database using Google Maps, aerial photos, and file organization

Skills Needed
• Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets
• Excellent written and spoken English (5-star English required)
• High attention to detail
• Highly organized and dependable
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
• Bonus: Familiarity with Trello, Slack, or real estate terminology is a plus
• Initiative taker is a plus!

• $400–$600 USD per month for 15–20 hours/week, depending on skills and experience
• Paid monthly via PayPal (open to alternatives if you have a preference)
