We are seeking a proactive and versatile Marketing Generalist Virtual Assistant who can SHOW EXPERIENCE WITH MARKETING EXCELLENCE to support our marketing efforts across various channels. This role is ideal for someone with a broad understanding of digital marketing who can manage multiple tasks and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web platforms
Draft, schedule, and manage social media content and calendars
Conduct market research and compile competitor analyses
Manage email marketing lists and assist with newsletter creation and performance tracking
Update and maintain website content (basic CMS knowledge preferred)
Create and edit marketing materials (presentations, flyers, etc.)
Track key performance metrics and prepare reports
Support with administrative tasks related to marketing (e.g. file organization, meeting notes, project tracking)

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a marketing, communications, or VA role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Workspace, and basic analytics platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
