- Available 24/7 for revisions

- Available on weekends

- 3-7 edits / week or more

- Strong decision-making skills

- Good organization skills

- Ability to independently come up with good ideas.

- Ability to study the competition and get inspiration for top performing thumbnails.

NEEDED EXPERIENCE
- Researching other performing thumbnails and creating independent new ideas
- Fast thumbnail designs that perform very well
