We’re a Copywriting and Email Marketing business that helps Ecommerce and Info businesses grow through powerful messaging. We’re passionate about creative expression, building genuine relationships, and helping our clients scale with integrity. We’re currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to lead our cold outreach efforts – especially on Instagram.

*What You’ll Be Doing*
- Cold Outreach on Instagram (4 Hours/Day – 10 AM to 2 PM Pacific Time):
- Finding and sourcing qualified leads that align with our ideal client profile
- Researching leads to ensure quality and alignment
- Interacting with leads’ content (likes, comments, etc.) to build familiarity
- Sending thoughtful, strategic cold DMs to initiate conversations
- Following up with leads using proven scripts and personalized messages
- Managing inbox replies, responding to questions, and nurturing conversations
- Tracking lead status, responses, and progress using Upgrade to see actual info CRM
- Testing and brainstorming new outreach strategies to improve results
- Reporting weekly progress, wins, and learnings

*What We’re Looking For*
- Cold Outreach Experience: You've done this before and know what works
- Lead Qualification Skills: Able to identify high-potential leads efficiently
- Social Media Savvy: Comfortable navigating Instagram and managing DMs
- Strong Communication: Clear, friendly, and engaging writing style
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You can manage a lot of convos at once without dropping the ball
- Self-Motivated & Reliable: You take initiative and don’t need to be micromanaged
- Availability During Pacific Hours: Must be available from 10 AM to 2 PM PT
- Experience with Upgrade to see actual info CRM: Not required, but definitely a plus
