JOB OVERVIEW

This is an opportunity to work for a small family owned American company. We currently have a team of about 10 employees based in the Philippines.

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for Customer Service to join our team! This is a remote position that requires working during USA Central Time hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CT, 5 days a week. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week based on your assigned schedule.

In addition to handling customer service tasks, you may be assigned additional responsibilities during slower periods.

Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Responding to customer inquiries via online chat
• Data validation tasks
• Shopify data entry and updates

Required Qualifications:
• Detail-oriented (This is the most important qualification!)
• Clear, professional American accent
• Strong, pleasant telephone speaking voice
• Highly organized and reliable
