Full/Part-Time USA Real Estate Cold Caller Required – Experienced Only

Are you an experienced real estate cold caller looking for a long-term opportunity? We are hiring a Full-Time Cold Caller to reach out to homeowners in the USA and identify potential sellers. If you have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in real estate cold calling, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to homeowners across the USA.

Engage homeowners in conversation and determine if they are interested in selling their property.

Qualify potential leads based on the company’s set criteria.

Accurately record and update call information in CallTools.

Maintain a professional and friendly approach while handling objections.

Consistently achieve daily targets of at least 2 qualified leads per day.

Communicate effectively with the team using Upgrade to see actual info.

Job Requirements:
Working hours 9AM - 6PM CST Time zone

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate cold calling (USA market preferred).

Fluent in English (must have a neutral or native-like accent).

Proficient in Call Tools for managing calls and lead data.
