The Role:
As our
Responsibilities:
1. Launch and manage cold traffic ad campaigns on
2. Rapidly test creatives, ad copy, thumbnails, and product offers.
3. Analyze data to identify winning products, creatives, and audiences.
4. Continuously optimize campaigns to lower CPA and boost ROAS.
5. Work with our content team to request specific creative angles or iterations.
6. Build and test ad variations for structured A/B testing.
7. Scale winning ads and kill underperformers efficiently.
8. Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and new ad features.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience managing
2. Strong knowledge of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and how to act on them.
3. Ability to set up campaigns using different structures (CBO, ABO, Broad, etc.).
4. Excellent testing methodology for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
5. Fast, analytical thinker who can work under tight timelines.
6. Familiar with rapid product testing strategies (1-product-per-day type flows).
