Job Title: Part-Time E-Commerce Operations Manager (Shopify & Funnelish Expert)
Location: Remote (Must be available in CET timezone)
Hours: Part-Time | Monday to Saturday | Shift Options: 9 AM – 5 PM CET or 2 PM – 10 PM CET
Starting Rate: $5/hr (Increased to $6/hr after 3-month probation)
First Week: Unpaid training with full support, followed by paid work after the first completed month
About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Operations Manager to join our e-commerce team. If you know Shopify and Funnelish inside out, have a solid background in customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment — this is for you.
This is not an entry-level position. You’ll be expected to take initiative, solve problems independently, and keep everything running smoothly without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate Funnelish and Shopify page builds between developers, graphic designers, and copywriters
-Upload and schedule
-Respond to disputes on Klarna, PayPal, and Stripe portals
-Manually create orders on Shopify when needed
-Reply to customer
-Translate/transcribe videos into scripts when needed
-QA product pages on Funnelish (links, automations, layout)
-Communicate with Funnelish and Shopify support to resolve tech issues
-Take on additional tasks as needed as we grow
Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with e-commerce brands
-Expert-level knowledge of Shopify and Funnelish
-Strong experience in customer support
-Excellent English (written and spoken)
-Fast and reliable communication (no delays or ghosting)
-Strong logic, common sense, and attention to detail
-Highly organized and self-driven — no babysitting required
-Comfortable working independently after initial training
-Must not have a full-time job (ideally no other part-time job either)
-Available Monday to Saturday and responsive during assigned shift hours
Compensation:
$5/hr starting rate
Increased to $6/hr after 3-month probation
First week is unpaid training (SOPs and video training provided)
First payment issued after completing your first full month
