JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us run and monitor our daily Facebook & other operations.

You need to understand systems, follow instructions, and work with tools like Google Sheets and data entry to help us stay organized and efficient.

Main Responsibilities:
Learn how to use our posting software
Set up and monitor Facebook posting tasks daily
Track and record simple performance data in Google Sheets
Check whether posts were approved, how many comments they received, etc.
Follow simple workflows and report issues if anything goes wrong
Test different post versions and report what works best

Main skills:
Strong general tech skills
Ability to learn software quickly
Good understanding of Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, organization)
Great attention to detail – you're the kind of person who notices mistakes
Can follow video tutorials and written SOPs easily
Great in English (especially reading and writing)
A good computer and stable internet connection
A proactive mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
