JOB OVERVIEW

Are you the kind of person who naturally takes initiative, stays organized, and thrives on getting the details right? We’re looking for a dependable Bookkeeper to support us in keeping our financial systems running smoothly.

This role requires someone who knows QuickBooks inside and out, is confident in Excel, and has experience setting up and managing Gusto payroll. We need someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—but sees what needs to happen and makes it easier for everyone.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing day-to-day bookkeeping through QuickBooks
• Organizing financial data and reports using Excel
• Reconciling transactions and keeping accounts up to date
• Setting up and managing payroll in Gusto
• Keeping systems organized, clear, and well-documented
• Communicating proactively and following through without reminders

What we're looking for:
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online
• Confident working in Excel (formulas, formatting, etc.)
• Experience with Gusto payroll setup and management
• Someone who is resourceful, highly organized, and dependable
• Great attention to detail—you double-check your work and don’t miss things
• Able to work during U.S. business hours (EST)
