This setup is a bit unorthodox for a developer, but it’s intentionally designed to help us build and launch a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) as fast and efficiently as possible.
The project is for a CRM for small businesses, we will be using our design and tools as a direct reference. Our key value proposition is transparent, low-cost pricing—we aim to offer the same powerful CRM functionality as our competition but at a fraction of the price, without the hidden fees or surprise price hikes.
Here’s how the role will work:
• Pay rate: $2-5/hour
• Schedule: Full-time (8-hour shifts, 6 days a week — hours are not flexible)
• Pay cycle: Monthly
• Tooling: We’ll be using Cursor (an AI-powered code editor that looks and feels like VS Code, but includes a text box to collaborate with AI). You’ll also be connected via HelpWire, which will allow you to control the screen and cursor directly while working alongside the AI.
Your primary responsibility will be using your backend expertise to guide the AI inside Cursor—checking outputs, giving the AI correct context, and making the right architectural decisions as we move through the build.
If this sounds good to you and you’re open to moving forward, I can share a Figma board with all the screens and user flows so you’ll have full visibility on the scope and layout.
Shifts will start 8PM PHT. We will move to a more flexible shift after
