Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in inventory management, shipping coordination, order processing, and overall logistics efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Shipment Coordination: Assist in scheduling and tracking shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and update stock levels, process incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.
• Order Processing: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Supplier & Carrier Liaison: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers to resolve delays or issues.
• Warehouse Support: Assist in organizing storage, checking product quality, and implementing proper handling procedures.
• Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain logistics databases, generate reports, and provide insights for operational improvements.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all logistics activities adhere to safety standards, company policies, and government regulations.
• Customer Support: Address logistics-related inquiries, resolve delivery discrepancies, and provide tracking updates.
Requirements & Qualifications:
REQUIREMENTS:
• MUST HAVE freight forwarder experience or logistics experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software
• Communication: Fluent in speaking Mandarin and English
• Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in documentation and inventory tracking.
• Willing to work on weekends and night shift
