Job Title: Airbnb Virtual Assistant
Who is this role for?
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Airbnb Virtual Assistant with previous experience as a Level 2 Case Manager at Airbnb. If you have a proven track record in managing Airbnb properties, dealing with guests, and handling operational tasks, this could be the role for you. Please do not apply if you have no experience with Airbnb or short-term rentals.

We are a rapidly growing corporate housing company with 21 units across the US, catering to business professionals, travel nurses, and guests who need short to mid-term accommodations. We are highly rated on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO because of the quality of our units and the exceptional service we provide to our guests. As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Airbnb Virtual Assistant to support our operations and help maintain our excellent standards.
What does this job include?
As an Airbnb Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Communicating with cleaners to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of units.
- Inventory and supply management for units.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and communication with building staff or vendors.
- Scheduling maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Communicating with guests via messages and ensuring a high-quality guest experience.
- Communicating with Airbnb support regarding bookings, issues, or claims.
- Negotiating claims with Airbnb when necessary.
- Managing reviews and handling review removal requests.
- Managing Ring doorbells and other property technology.
Qualifications Needed:
- Must have previous experience working as a Level 2 Case Manager at Airbnb.
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb operations and short-term rental management.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage tasks with little to no supervision.
- Ability to spearhead projects and take ownership of tasks.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and coachable.
- Hungry for professional growth and committed to personal development.
Schedule:
Expected hours will be 48-56 hours per week.
Your hours will align with business operating hours (3 pm-11pm Mountain Standard Time).
Pay: $2-$4/hr
