JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations for our Amazon business. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in Amazon fulfillment models (FBA, FBM) and experience in demand planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will drive efficiencies, reduce costs, and ensure seamless product availability to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to work Eastern Time 9 AM - 5PM

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and minimize excess inventory.

Manage forecasting and demand planning using data-driven insights from Amazon sales trends, seasonality, and promotions.

Oversee logistics operations, including coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders, and warehouses.

Ensure compliance with Amazon’s fulfillment requirements, including packaging, labeling, and delivery timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.

Monitor and optimize FBA shipments, inbound inventory, and replenishment strategies.

Implement and refine inventory management tools and software for real-time tracking and reporting.

Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and global logistics challenges.

Analyze performance metrics (e.g., IPI score, lead times, storage fees) to drive continuous improvement.

Stay up to date with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and new supply chain innovations.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or e-commerce operations, preferably in an Amazon-focused role.

Strong understanding of Amazon FBA supply chain models.

Proficiency in inventory forecasting tools and Amazon Seller Central.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
