PROJECT MANAGER

We are a fast-paced and innovative that supports early-stage companies that provide project management and social media expertise. Our team is small but mighty, and we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to help us manage projects across multiple functions, bringing ideas to life with precision and passion.

Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at our startup, you will wear many hats and be instrumental in driving projects forward from ideation to execution. You will manage cross-functional teams, create timelines, and ensure resources are allocated efficiently. In the startup environment, you'll need to be adaptable, proactive, and ready to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to manage 3 startup companies
- Provides 13-15 dedicated hours per startup weekly
- Runs social media strategy and creates engaging content
- Keeps project timelines and deliverables on track
- Serves as the primary day-to-day contact for their assigned startups
- Reports to our Strategic Director

- End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from concept through to completion, ensuring that goals are met on time and within scope.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, engineering, and other departments to ensure projects align with company objectives and meet customer needs.
- Agile Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans using Agile or other methodologies. Track progress, manage changes, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate team activities, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth communication between all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources, and ensure that the project stays within financial and time constraints.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to minimize project delays or failures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.
- Continuous Improvement: Use lessons learned to improve project management processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of the deliverables meets the company’s standards and aligns with client expectations.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a startup or rapidly scaling organization.
- Solid understanding of project management principles (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and software tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Upgrade to see actual info).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to new challenges and projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
